When can an EP begin to receive payments and what is the timeline for payments?

There is a graduated EP adoption timeline to receive incentives. An EP may receive payments as early as 2011 and receive final payment after six years of participation in 2016. The latest time period for which an EP can initiate participation and still qualify to receive incentives is 2016 with funding ceasing in 2021 after six years of participation.
